The four-star Hotel Diplomat **** is located on the very edge of Prague’s historical center in green and friendly surroundings in a quiet area, in the diplomatic quarter. It takes only 10 minutes to get there by car from the airport. The airport bus even stops right in front of the hotel. Most tourist sights are easily reachable, city center is only 3 stops by underground.

Specially equipped rooms for the disabled are also available. The spacious conference center with its sixteen rooms can accommodate up to 820 persons and provides state of the art audio-visual technology, multimedia equipment and facilities for simultaneous interpreting. Rooms
Clean, nicely furnished rooms with air-conditioning, minibar, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer. The superior rooms are on higher floors (6-8) and equipped with safe-deposit box, Internet connection and coffee/tea making facilities. Suites have a living room and a bedroom, the Diplomat Suite is located on the top floor and has a great view of the Prague Castle. Three floors of the hotel are reserved for non-smokers.

The Conference Center is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel and has a total surface of 1,142 sq. meters. There are 16 different rooms for as many as 820 people. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
Conference Rooms
’Prague Rooms A-D’ are equipped with the latest touch screen Hi-Fi technology, safety magnetic locks and moving observation system. This area has moveable walls therefore the rooms can be used as one large conference hall - accommodating max. 380 persons - or several smaller rooms, furthermore the section rooms can be adjoined with the conference rooms. There is also a foyer available which is perfect for coffee breaks. The rooms are without natural daylight.
Section Rooms
Diplomat Hotel**** Prague has 7 section rooms equipped with same technology as the large conference halls. They are suitable for all-day conferences, trainings, presentations, press conferences since these rooms have natural daylight.
Belvedere Rooms
All conference ’Belvedere rooms’ have moveable walls and can be used as separate rooms or one large hall. The rooms and the foyer can be adjoined, creating one large space suitable for banquets or conferences. Natural daylight is a big advantage of ’Belvedere Conference Rooms’.
